Implementation of measures

In the area of this measure, the river Mur has a very stretched and poor structured river bed. Therefore, the objective of this measure is to devolop a more structured watercourse. As there is no room for widenings, existing structures in the river bed are to be strengthened and initiated by restructuring measures. Within the natural river bed structures there are to be build clearance cairns and fixed dead wood.

The measure was accomplished in summer 2011.
